Update (03/19) : We tried flying this drone again and as it turns out it has some pretty bad range issues. I think the main reason for this is that the RC itself is large and easy to see, so you want to fly farther away with it but it has the same type of tech that it’s smaller brothers have built in. If you fly close I think most of your signal connection issues will go away. Overall, it’s not a bad quadcopter but we wanted to update anyone interested!

I’ve had Zombie quads. You turn them left it goes right. I’m not new in flying quads either. You go down it goes up etc.

Just read the manual 10 times or more because reading it 2 or 3 times won’t work with MJX manuals :p I have MJX quads and a 4 channel helicopter from them (MJX F45 which is the best cheap rc helicopter I have ever flown) I know…. the english in MJX manuals sucks but after you read it 10 times you will understand. MJX is a very good brand for what you pay for it. And yeah… wifi fpv on MJX is a no go. But flying any MJX products is very fun if you understand the functions of the transmitter. They even have memory in the transmitters to save your settings. But you will lose the settings if you replace the batteries in the transmitter.
Btw…. have you ever flown the MJX F45? If not I hope you will and review it because it is a very fun helicopter to fly and cheap…. around 145 euro’s. But don’t fly it outside if the wind goes faster than 14km per hour because it can’t handle it because it is very light so it will drift away.

50 dollar quad. Get rid of the camera. Shorten the legs and fly it. 4 years ago. It was ok for a toy grade.

It definitely is helping me decide what I want to get without being immediately disappointed on my first flight with it.
This drone may not have lived up to your expectations, and I can see where it was trying to be a “jack of all trades, and a master at none” and that is just not a good combo because that will make for too many characteristics that start to clash with each other.
It’s like trying to build a race car that is good for the circle track and drag racing. The 2 are too far apart in their applications to be a good marriage. I am afraid that is what the designers of this quad did here.

Fly this drone again. I used to have fun with this quad. A quad of 2 1/2 years ago. The real thing this quad is missing is safety features.

It’s so weird that these quad manuals are in such broken English. In 2017 I wouldn’t think that would be a problem. Why don’t they just hire someone to write for them. I don’t get it. Anyway, you guys are great keep up the good work. 😊
