140 kmh quadcopter

I was out testing my fastest quad but as the GPS was not cooperating I used two markers at the suggestion of Oscar Liang (Cheers Oscar!).

The testing was done under regular conditions. No wind but a bit humid which might slow down the craft.

Quad details:
– Cobra 2204 / 2300kv motors
– Little bee esc
– 4s 1500 mha batt 50-100c
– 5×45 bullnose DAL props
– Custom frame based off a ZMR 250

I measured the distance between the markers using a laser range finder to make sure they were exactly 50 meters appart. The next thing I needed in order to know the speed was the time it took me to get from marker one to marker two which Is why I made this video.
