A side comment. I have the KK et 115 V2. It solves a lot of the issues identified (including the OSD, xt30, etc) and flies better outside than the one reviewed here. Might be more expensive though.
I would caution people about flying this on 3S. Yeah, you’ll have a lot more fun on 3S… until you blow the ESC. These ET Series quads have been out for a long time now (the V2 is already out) and several people have blown the ESC when flying on 3S. Granted, most of those were on the ET115 which has larger motors and larger props. You are probably getting away with it on the ET100 because of the smaller props but, I am interested to see how long that lasts.
7800Kv is low Kv on 110x motors? I know the bar is always being raised but, this is a year old quad. I really wouldn’t go 4S but, I would certainly be interested to see you try.
On the drone it advises to not use 3s
Kinda confused as to why take time to review this model. Been out a while. I bought one when it came out, and even bought a spare pikoblx stack. Everyone said try it on 3s, so j tried it….😥….smoke the ESC. Replaced ESC and dumbass me tried it again …smoke it too. You really need a lower kv motor and the updated 12amp stack (w/ osd) to run 3s. Otherwise, this quad is bullet proof. Never broke a prop guard or frame.
Dude, that’s a pretty old model, but the frame is amazing! I think about getting that frame and building it with more modern components, maybe even 1106 4500KV motors to run 4s. 😃
This is last year’s model?? There is a version 2 with osd and you can get 1,2 and 3s versions now..

ET115 V2 is the best of the 100, 115 and 125…..this is also V1 not the V2

Please review the “V2” version!
Like some others already said, this is an old model and the V2 versions are out. Think it would be better reviewing them. They have a FC running betaflight and osd support and some other upgrades.
