FPV DRONE RACE LAP TIMER
In this video, we use our Backyard FPV Race Track as a proving ground for the PIDFLIGHT FPV Drone Race Lap Timer! This FPV Drone Race lap timer is easy-to-build with inexpensive parts, has a free App (also a Premium Version for just a few dollars per year), can be used on multiple platforms (mobile Android App and cross-platform GUI App for Windows, Chrome, macOS, and Linux), has simultaneous multiple pilot support, and its accuracy AT LEAST keeps up with the lap timers available on the retail market for 5-10 times the cost! Ff you want to Journey to Better, you need a feedback mechanism which objectively tells you whether or not you’re headed in the right direction. This PIDFLIGHT FPV Drone Race Lap Timer, without-a-doubt, meets that need! PIDFLIGHT future plans include open sourcing, historical record-keeping of previous laps and export in CSV format for sharing/emailing (among other things!).
