Our overland journey starts here, as we begin to gear up to leave the pavement and get off road. What camping gear, lighting and vehicle equipment do we need? What critical survival gear will we leave behind?
This episode is about two friends, still going after 20yrs, with very different circumstances, but still forging ahead. Josh has a 2wd E350 Ford Van with a large family, while Lace, Volk and I are 4wd with a WD21 Pathfinder. Both situations have their challenges, but we share a passion to get off the beaten path, to the outdoors. Hard lessons learned though, will eventually help us when we embark on our first multi-day overland trip. KnightDriveTV now also is featuring FPV Quad drone technology, for an enhanced viewing experience.

Nice 👍 flying drone shot.
Man that drone footage was amazing chasing those big horns siiiick…. 👍
Good stuff…thanks for putting in the effort to make this video. I can tell it took a lot of work. Keep them coming 🙂
I love the FPV drone shots. Kinda makes me want to get one to add to the Mavic 2 I’ve got. Do you guys have your remote pilot licenses?
I owned a 1990 Pathfinder 4×4, I regret every single day of my life that I sold it. Good luck to you all!! Be safe.
Good video, thanks for sharing!
I’m here for the Nissan, great video footage by the way
The Drone paid off bro!!!! I’ve been to a few of these places with you a few months back and man let me tell you…. I MISS IT!!!!Kepp the footage coming bro!!!
Been looking at alot of “overlanding” videos lately and really enjoyed the down to earth good nature of this one. It shows that you don’t need a $40,000 built Toyota or Jeep to enjoy the outdoors and to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thanks for sharing!
Wonderful, honest, real video. Thanks so much
Very nice video, great quality. Here for the Pathy. I have a 2001, which I love. 185,000 miles and runs like new and it will pass anything on the highway…except for a gas station😎. Keep up the good work on your videos, I’m subscribing – thanks!
