Ken was given unique access to the exhibits at The Southern Museum of Flight in Birmingham, Alabama.
They even allowed him to fly his DRONE among the antique planes, helicopters and other displays! A big-BIG thanks to the museum staff for trusting in Ken’s piloting skills!!

SCROLLERS!
As bad as it gets: https://youtu.be/CRAUP2QEmtA
So terrific that they would allow you the access to do that, you must be honored
awesome! thank you!
Brilliant as always.
Very cool man!
Thats great flying inside there ken !! How much did you bribe them to get you to fly in there. Ha !!
Well done so far, ken. Thought maybe you would have been alittle more ballzie to fly. But understand its millions of dollars at risk.
Bleeding hilarious as usual ?.
Wow, what a great great opportunity and excellent execution!
Thanks, Ken!
Wow, Ken that is some awesome filming. Seeing the chopper with the door gunner reminded me of my older brother who was a door gunner in Vietnam. He’d been a paratrooper but got bored so became a door gunner ?.You were blessed to get to see some history there. Thanks for sharing.
What a great museum. Great stuff Ken.
Awesome footage. I would have some serious anxiety flying in there.
You are a lucky man! Good PR and marketing on their part to allow you this opportunity. It made me want to visit an air museum.
I think I will have to see if I can do that at the HARS Museum (Historical Aircraft Restoration Society) in Australia… 🙂
That was so interesting Ken. Did you have to get h*rny at the end?
Wow Ken, watching this in 1440p was AWE & SOME!! To think that back in 1969 they had an unmanned drone THAT size, that went THAT fast, is absolutely incredible! Imagine what they have today that we don’t even know about. Thank you so much for sharing this with us Ken. This has got to be one of my new all time favorites.
What a treat. Thanks again! ?
Have a great week.

Great video, big thumbs up! ?
Wish you would have flown outside around the pole planes. Looked like some cool stuff outside.
Great Video Ken!
ha ha ha ha… youuuuuu crazy ken… Thanks to Oscar too… he´s a talented camera man…!!!
Thanks for the teching lesson with all the storiy issues… Cool one..!!! : ))))
I can’t think of any other place on earth I’d see this other than from Ken Heron. I’m shocked they approved you to fly in there but I’m glad they did! Museum of flight was temporarily “Ken’s Museum of Fright” with the whirring buzzsaw of death flying about.
That gentleman at the end really needs to polish up on his math skills 38 years old – 15 or 16 years ago does not = 16 years old.
Great video. Are you using an iPad attached to your remote, and what handheld gimbal are you using?
Hey Ken. Thanks for another great video. I like that you not only show us cool stuff but you take the time to throw a bit of information in there for us too. Like some of the videos where you are flying around a large structure, instead of just playing the background music, you keep us interested by providing facts about what we are seeing. Good stuff!
Great stuff! Thanks
that is amazing
3 dislikes = 3 people that can’t fly drones…. Zack is one of them
Nice, Ken. Amazing to see the old drone technology through the new.
