firstly you can’t use 1400kv motors on a 250mm quad.
you can use 1400kv motors on a regular 450 quad but for 250mm, you will have to have at least 2300kv motors.
yes, depends on which flight controller you are using.
bro, you can’t add ‘FOLLOW ME’ function on a 250mm quad.
however you can add it in apm.
