Not sure there is such a thing but you could try to find a cheap ‘ready to fly’ FPV drone and put a Runcam 5 on it. I would do some research and try to increase the budget a bit if you want good results. Hope that helps ?

I’ve never crashed into a grave and never intend to… and finally I have a lot of respect for that place. Hi Magic fpv , I’ve got quite a big issue with my emax tinyhawk freestyle, and I was hoping that you could help out. It came in the mail yesterday, and on the first flight, it got up in the air, flew for a bit, then looked to of failsafed. This has happened every time I have tried to fly it, just failsafeing about 5 metres away from me. I tried installing an xm receiver, to no avail. Do you have any tips? I would love a reply

Oliver Merritt hmm sounds odd. It’s going to be one of those problems where you have to be a detective to find out what it is. Go through things one by one and rule them out. First I’d check that the antenna on the aircraft is fully intact and is exposed for best signal. If you haven’t changed any settings on your radio, and it was working previously then that’s probably fine. I would have a search in the FB groups to see if anyone else has had the same problem too. Sorry I can’t offer much other help from limited info and the YouTube comments. Hope you can figure it out mate

Thanks. Interesting comment… a lot of fpv pilots actually TRY to get motion blur to give a smoother look. On these drones you’re basically limited to whatever camera you attach to the top. This video was shot on a GoPro Session 5 but I use a Hero7 now

Angelo full acro / rate mode (manual control)… it’s the only way flying like that is possible
@Magic FPV i’m new in this world, what Is means rate mode ?
Angelo watch out for a tutorial coming to this channel soon. Basically all toy drones and camera drones like DJI fly in ‘self level’ mode, which means they use an accelerometer to hover level. It makes them easy to fly but doesn’t allow you to go upside down or do any acrobatic moves. Rate mode (acro mode) switches off the stabilisers and gives full manual control.

Albert Barnett great question… for me when I’m in control I don’t get motion sick at all but if watching others fly on a big screen or playing a sim I do get motion sick. The answer is skip the sims, get a good fpv drone with a lens that isn’t too wide and be in control. Fly smooth and you’ll love it. Hope that helps

It’s a weight issue. The best small cameras we can run are GoPros. Some guys are using better cameras on bigger drones but you have to sacrifice agility

Two questions from someone thinking of getting into FPV drones. When you dropped through the canopy back to ground level, did you know there was a gap to get through or was it a pure gamble? When you’re making these fraction of a second maneuvers through the buildings, how do you plan your route when moving at those speeds? Have you flown them many times before?

I have some tutorials on how to hit gaps and fly proximity but basically it’s all reactive… BUT learning the spot definitely helps! I knew there was a gap in the canopy but had to react to it and get through as it appeared in real time. Good questions ?

I know this is a bit of an old post but my advice to anyone looking to buy a quadcopter is to get yourself a controller and a simulator, it will save you a lot of money. It won’t stop you from crashing but it will give you a much better understanding of how they fly and you will crash a lot less.

@Magic FPV thx after that video i got intrested and i find out the FPV type of drones they are amazing but expensive. I know how a normal drone can sly and i was like hmm u cant do that with a normal drone possible camera moovment. How hard is to control an FPV drone compared to a normal one? keep up the good work!
