The DJI Mini 2 just keeps on delivering the goods! I noticed a feature built into the DJI Fly app the other day and have been itching to give it a try, so today’s the day!
It’s called Quickshot and the idea is that you select a target that you want the drone to focus on and then it can perform a number of pre-set manoeuvres in relation to said target, my favourite being the spiral!
Some banger shots in this one, and most of them I cant even take credit for. It’s all thanks to the DJI Mini 2! …Ok, you still need to compose the shots so I’ll take a little credit 😉

Sadly this video was mostly shot in 1080p instead of the 5k/4k I’ve been shooting at for the last week 🙁
The drone stuff is still in 4k but I edited everything in a 1080p timeline just because my PC has been really struggling to edit the crispy 5k/4k footage that I’ve been throwing at it.
So looks like we’re back to 1080p for a while until I can upgrade the PC.
I should also mention that although I edited the video in 1080p, I rendered the video out in 4k so YouTube would give me the better codec.

I’m in a confusion…..There are two types the dji mini 2. One is the CE model and the other is the FCC model, there is a way you can use the CE model to run on a FCC transmission signal by using a fake gps tracker. In one of your replies you said your drone was CE Model. So can you compare the Dji Mini 2 CE Model on both transmission signals. FCC and CE because I was wondering wether there was a difference if you flew your CE model in FCC transmission signal. Q1: Is there a difference in range. Q2 : Is there any gps problem if you fly the CE model on FCC transmission signal. Q3 : What are the pros and cons of both. Q4 : WHICH WOULD YOU PREFER,
