Doesn’t DJI already have remote ID on the air 2 . Which complies? Its drone to phone.

Before the FAA ruled people would have to register as Drone piolots They already had rules in place stating the FAA would not have the authority to regulate Drones unless “Unforseen situations arrose and called for it.” They predicted a spike in Drone sailes in 2015 arround Christmas and this was when they decided to force registration on the people. Despite the fact that the spike was not as big as they expected there was a spike. This however calls in to question the decition to go against there existing statute of not regulating drones. Sense they predicted the spike that means the spike was not an Unforseen situation there for could not honestly call for registration.
All that stated. Drone registration is just as usless as gun registration. They want the people to register as a drone pilot and place our registration numper on our drone so if we do something illegal with it it can be traced back to us. It only hurts the hobby community as any one who is going to commit a crime with a drone is either not going to register as a drone pilot or they are not hoing to have the number on it nor are they going to have this nonsense remote ID system. This is all just an attack on the hobbiest the 400 foot rule was already in place as well as the limet on how low a maned aircraft can legaly fly was already in place.
Hey quick question if you know yet my part 1107 expired even tho it says Im still active its been over two years. I have been studying the recurrent test but now Im wondering if I will be covered in this new move to not have to pay, just train. Thoughts?
