* After speaking with the devs of OpenTX about lack of movement in the OpenTX development cycle, Raphael was given the good graces to instead fork and run a forward looking version of OpenTX, called EdgeTX.
* Currently he has already spoken to devs from MPM and TBS and they are onboard to work with EdgeTX
* This means Touchscreen support finally in a stable firmware in the future!

You can push the R9 to 2W, with ELRS! As you said, with has to be modded though, and to prevent random people from accidentally turning it on that high and burning everything up you have to dig a bit into the code to allow it to do that.
The DIY 2.4GHz module should go to 500mW, if I remember correctly.
OpenTX sounds a lot like Betaflight development environment.
hey guys, what you were saying about gal kremmers test, i think that notion about patches doing better on send was actually true on the way back, if you know what i mean. my instinct was the patch below and omnis on top would be best, but i think it was only true for the first half, after that the other two diagonal options did better. it was really hard to watch all 3 bitrates, i think mario has a script to convert to graphs.
I’m not an expert pilot, but what’s actually missing in the latest version of OpenTX? Also, remember to donate to OpenTX.

Why are people talking about ImmersionRC Ghost or FrSky R9 now that ExpressLRS exists?
ExpressLRS also makes TBS Crossfire irrelevant because of the price, it costs less than half.

Hi, would you happen to know if Edge TX would support FrSky radios? I’m currently leaving my X10S and not updating to avoid access lock in.. though if I could upgrade to EdgeTX I’m thinking it would give me the ability to run Express LRS with a happy model module.
