      You have the blades on wrong. Rematch the blades and then recalibrate it. Check out video’s on how to recalibrate and such. Once you get the hang of it they are a lot of fun. There video’s on you tube to teach you how to fly I recommend them to learn. I have a you tube channel go look and see how to fly. lets see an update on your flying see if you fixed the problem
