JXD 509V Pioneer UFO Quadcopter Review – RCLifeOn07:34

This is the Pioneer UFO, also called JXD 509V. It’s a RTF quadcopter with everything you need for 60$! This includes:

-Quadcopter
-Transmitter
-Battery
-Screwdriver
-4x propellers
-4x propellerguards
-USB charger
-Manual
-SD-card + adapter

It’s packed with features like headless mode, return to home, different control rates, you can turn off/on your lights and you can even do rolls and flips. The key difference with this quadcopter is the altitude hold, it basically means that the quadcopter uses a barometer to measure air pressure resulting in a very stable flight regarding the vertical axis. It’s also equipped with a 2.0MP onboard camera. You can take photos and video by pressing the photo/video buttons on the transmitter.

Unfortunately the camera is absolutely terrible because of the low quality and vibrations. Even though you could probably remove vibrations fairly easy by balancing the propellers or adding anti-vibrating material, it still wouldn’t change the low resolution.

Like I said in the video, overall it is a nice package. For someone who would like to try out a drone this package is perfect. It’s very stable and easy to fly, it’s also very durable.
