This large and fast camera quadcopter has been updated with altitude hold and a 5.8Ghz FPV system to view real time in flight video. Find it here http://bit.lc/46ax
Available in Captain America Blue, Spiderman Red, and Killer Bees Yellow.
Pros
– Altitude hold feature
– 720p 2MP camera (can replace with GoPro if desired)
– 5.8 Ghz FPV real time in flight video.
– Comes in several colors motifs including Captain America Blue, Spiderman Red, and Killer Bees Yellow.
– Large stable flier
– Multiple LED’s in each arm. Easily viewable for night flying, or for flash alerting of low voltage in daylight.
– Very fast and maneuverable in high rate
– Headless mode and one key return
Cons
– Requires FAA registration
– Camera has wide angled lens which improves FPV visibility, but it also reduces sharpness of video images.
– Although easy to fly, not recommended for beginners. It’s large, heavy, and can have plenty of momentum. As such, not good as a learn to fly quadcopter for those inevitable beginner hard crashes.

Man they took a while on this one coming out ! Great and awesome video sir
!
Many thanks for your review! There are two things, I’ld like to add:
I think, it is not the charging indicator in the FPV display that doesn’t
work correctly, but the charging cable. After several minutes of charging
the red LED in the USB part of the cable goes on. Charging seems to stop at
this moment. Therefor the LiPo in the display only gets charged a little
bit. That is, as I suppose, why it shut off during your review.
My K70f suddenly didn’t react to RC commands when flying with a GoPro clone
with Wifi on. Maybe the Wifi signal interfered with the RC. After several
fruitless attempts I managed to bring it to the ground. But the props
didn’t stop, even when I pressed “Auto landing” and finally put off the RC.
Finally the props rolled up some grass and stopped moving. It was too late,
when I reached the quad and pushed the on-off switch. Two of the motors
were smoking a lot because they had burned out. Furthermore the gimbal was
broken during the rough landing and the electric wires of the gimbal were
torn out of the plug that connected it with the quad. Farther two of the
prop guards were broken. That all happened although it wasn’t a hard crash.
Maybe the K70f dropped from about 1 or 1,5 meters. In my eyes the qualitity
of the K70f leaves a lot to be desired.
Hello can u tell me quadcopter 101 can a person that is near sighted use
these goggles
what do u rec for using with the H502S or maybe something cheaper than
those googles tx u
why the heck does the yellow one cost $20 more to ship?
versus q303-a?? :)
Great review, Quadcopter 101! I just got the same model, but I am thinking
about using a setup with a brushless gimbal, a better camera and an FPV
transmitter. You did som tinkering with it on other copters and an earlier
Kai Deng model – have you looked into the connectors of the K70F to see if
the remote controls will work with that kind of setup? Camera and gimbal
control I mean?
Ended up buying this same color K70F its a good flyer, thou one thing i have
notice mine will spin left fast but slow when spinning right,is that how it
should be,is it because of they way the props are spinning? :)
Return to home,i dunno it does really work lol.
I bought it. 125 on Hobbywow. Someone was listing it for 250+ on Amazon.
so this is the same K70 Sky Warrior that you reviewed but with alt hold and
fpv ?
I had to change out the original controller board for the original
k70…..have not figured out how to bind to old tx…..do I have to get the
new tx to fly it?…..ideas?….thanks, Jeff
