PROS:
-Cool look and Futuristic Design with light up “EYES”
-Altitude Hold features works very well
-Slow yet stable flyer
-Can carry a GoPro style action cam
-comes with anti-vibration camera mount
-Auto Takeoff & Auto Landing works great
CONS:
-Short flight time if carrying an action cam
-slow to descent/ascend
-Battery could be bigger to help with flight times
-Kind of noisy
-LED’s difficult to see during the daytime
-weighs 460g w/o cam so requires FAA registration

Great review=) I am fortunate that I saw this product in sale when I saw
it. Great quadcopter for beginners although I recommend getting extra
rotors because they break easily;)
Nice review, I have this quad also. I wasn’t that impressed, to say it’s
the upgrade to the old MJX X-101. They took all sportiness and speed away
with the addition of altitude hold – this one won’t even flip! Great job
with your ear plug mod, but I was waiting for you to show how that camera
mount really looks & work out the box – I was prepared to get “sea sick!”

Thank for the video its my 1st quadcopter i have put the ear plugs in will
do a test run in the next day or two … seen a link for a cam they have on
the quadcopter a lot smaller then the gopro ….
It seems that when you pull the throttle down a little off center, the
display is showing the amount of yaw. So it will come down, but will be
spinning a little. I am looking for a quad just like this, but this one
doesn’t seem to be good enough for me. Still looking, and thanks.
can i tilt the camera full down ..to take head shot from up..?
can i plug sjcam sj4000 wifi into this quadcopter?
m not blaming the prop guards for the x5c ending up the tree . Although I
probably could have gotten it down or it most likely would have feel on
it’s own if not for the guards .
So this quad requires a pilot’s license . Due to the weight ? even if one
strips the prop guards and landing gear . Their is no way to get it under
required weight
Well one could buy a larger battery yes? If so what would the battery limit
be at in your opinion ?
I wish I could use my nitecore battery . Before I ever dreamed of drones or
rc anything . I had a little blue aluminum hobby charger device . I knew it
had something to do with changing rc planes or something because the guy
that left it was into a lot of that back in the day . Although it didn’t
have the cord and I had no idea how to use or what I could use it for . I
really can’t remember what happened to it . It had a small led read out
screen and a lot of connectivity ports for running wires off of it . I do
wish I had it now . It most likely was a balance charger . God Bless
