This is a story about spending much more time building your project than actually flying it… and still having a great time 🙂

the tech2c channel have a great 3dprint race drone.. you must try!
good try???????? yeah i don’t think i could fly a parking garage one of this days i’ll try it lol
i like your flying it’s unique keep up the good work 😉
you should turn it into a mold and turn it into glass fibre
hi Drew, beard looks great, keep it flying, im sure you will 😉
What is your 3D printer??
do you wear eye liner
BRICE! I haven’t seen him in 3-4 years!
Makers and designers rule! Congrats!
I would love the see you print my latest design and give it a fly…
yikes, that first session had tons of propwash. what FC?
That was actually a success. The word FAIL was on purpose to get views. ha, ha. Most of my 3D printed drones haven’t flown that good.
wow Mr. Steele should sue big time! Facial hair grooming on camera, knowing a girl and skateboarding!!!!!
You should try to print the peon230 by tech2c, it’s a very good design and it’s not too big.
i think you just need a better design. nothing against the one you chose but it does not look like it could take a hit. also i found a plastic for 3d printers that is carbon fiber infused that might help with this idea. I’ve been flying a 3d printed drone for a while now and love it. my next step is to reprint it with the carbon fiber.
How much actual flytime did you get with the 3d printed drone? That thing waz vibrating like crazy!
I have a ragg-e curse and I swear it’s cursed. Being plastic it has a bit of flex to it. Well when I updated to more modern hardware and tried to do the new tricks with notch filters I got hot motors. When I data logged it I got a vibration at 350-375hz and this was far too low for rubber to help (I tried) the motors were actually responding and pidloop at this rate, it wasn’t twitchy at all just had a constant note to it around 350hz. The frame and the pidloop had this microphonic feedback loop and I had to use d-term notch at this frequency to fix it. The high pid and gyro speeds and lack of filtration in the gyro vs the old reliable mpu6000 agrivated the issue but the issue was always there I just never heard it.
So if you revisit this, Blackbox log it and dynamic filters are not a magic bullet. I probably don’t need the 16k/16k s ampling but with proper tuning I made it work.
Ah, I miss Moose Winooskis. Been too long.
¯_(ツ)_/¯
3D printed flies soooooooo smooth m8
Sorry just 10% of the video are related to the drone, this is odd. You are wasting peoples time!
But what does baby face drew look like?!
It flyes so well!
look at the drone from Rclifeon channel
Try the Peon 230 and print extra arms… Those seem the parts that break first. I’ve been using this as intro drones to family and friends and they’re pretty reliable after several months of flights and breakage.
`You were so much cuter back then. You’re not getting much sleep are you? Take care of yourself. Life goes so fast.
3D printed cinewhoop done!
Which material did you print the drone with ??
Hillo howr u
4:45 does it fly? Good enough.
Well your choice of cereal worked well.
DUDE. That knife was sick.

what size printer is recommended to print drones?
