Come al solito recensione verace…non mi fido più degli altri 🙂
Peccato non poter vedere la qualità della cam
Ottima recensione come sempre. Il giocattolino però non mi ha entusiasmato più di tanto
PLEASE READ THIS AS I THINK IT’S WORTH ENLIGHTEN YOURSELF BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING EACHINE.
That is if your not already aware of eachines support and warranty period.
I intended to buy a pair of ev200 if the reviews where good but then i found out first-hand that Eachine say they offer suppot but actually they don’t, at least in my case. They have shown me no support over my Eachine two goggles after the screen developed faults after only 4 months even when i offered to pay for a new screen i never even got a reply from them going through their support page, even after trying countless times, in the end i got hold of someone named Kathy Kang through a sales email address, it seemed they where going to help, but then they went quite. Then an email turned up and they said they had been in touch with banggood and made them aware of the problem and to get back in touch with them and they will sort it. So i went back to banggood who had refuse to help me the first time i tried before approaching eachine because it was out of their 30 day warranty, and guess what they sent the exact same generic email showing me no support again. So i approached eachine again about 6 weeks ago and they have ignored me. Today i resent the email and added how i would not be supporting a company who don’t really seem to care for there products failing after little use and time and show no support for us consumers.
Update:
Kathy Kang came back to me, and after all this messing around I’m told they are out of warranty and they don’t make the goggles two anymore. I emailed her back and asked what is eachines warranty and this is what i found out.
1. you buy it from Banggood, though it is our item, but we need get news and problem feeback from Banggood first. Because we have sale this item to Banggood, and you did not buy it from us directly.
2. If we send spare parts or new goggle for you, Banggood need tell us and pay for some fee, so all need though Banggood to solve. Hope you can understand.
Best regards,
Kathy
So this is why banggood after 30 days want help you, they have to share the costs of repair or replace, very odd.
So i asked Kathy if I’d of bought direct from eachine what warranty would i get then, and it’s not much better.
Hello,
Warranty Period:
With valid purchase vouchers warranty period is 180 days starting from date of purchase on the vouchers (including date of purchase).
Without purchase vouchers, warranty period is 45 days starting from date of production.
Product will experience warranty void on any of the following conditions. Any cost incurred will be on customer’s account.
1. Warranty period expires.
2. Damage to products resulting from wrong operation, improper propeller match or short circuit of wires and phase.
3. Damage to products resulting from user’s improper testing, modifying, disassembly, case-opening and adjustment etc. (Excl. connecting wires shortening)
4. Mechanical wear and tear normally
5. Damage to products resulting from non-normal use including but not limited to impact, crash, hit and liquid immersion etc.
6. Damage to products resulting from accidents.
7. Damage to products from natural disaster (flood, fire, earthquake, thunder-strike, typhoon etc.) and force majeure.
8. Damage to products resulting from illegal use or using the UAV motor out of its capability, or any other inappropriate use.
9. Damage from overload.
10. Malfunction or damage from factors other than product design, technology, manufacturing and quality issues.
Best regards,
Kathy
Wow you get 45 days from date of production, what an earth does that mean. so are they saying if they have sat on the shelf for 30 days before you buy and it takes 2 weeks to get to you, that means your warranty would of expired before you even plug them in..?
Why on earth should you get an extra 135 days more warranty on a product if i buy with vouchers, is that even legal..?.
However you look at it 30/45 days Warranty on high ticket items is just not good enough, and with the absolute lack of getting an answer through their support page, it’s definitely worth giving some serious thought to before buying anything £30 upwards made by eachine IMO.
Now after having first-hand experience with eachine i could not possible invest in them knowing how they operate when it comes to support and their per-owned type warranty period .
I’ll be sharing the emails that i sent to them and their reply’s on social media soon, so others are aware that spending big money on eachine is a bad idea.
Eachine say on there support page
We’re Here To Help
We believe great products need great support and we are here to help with all of your Eachine products and warranty claims. If there are any questions or problems with our products, please contact us, we will try our best to help you. We are looking forward to your message and will reply to all of messages within 24 hours during the working week.
In my experience this is a blatant lie, be aware fellow FPVER’S.i never got one reply after trying countless times over a 3 to 4 week period.
I intend to post this over and over on youtube and elsewhere, and feel free to share, because i think the message needs to get out there. So people need to know this, and therefore make a more educated decision on buying RC items. Because i don’t want others having to go through the same thing i have, which has got to be the worse support I’ve ever encountered.
I’ve gone for Aomway v1’s as they get good reviews and come with 1 years warranty, and seeing as my eachine goggles two have now developed another 2 yellow blobs, i cant wait for them to arrive.
