How to fix Betaflight Bootloader won’t connect failed to open port06:35

I ran into this problem recently and forgot how to fix it so I made a video to help out others.

      It worked I have a com3 port but I still can’t connect to it the picture of the plug that yu click to connect comes up with a blue line around it … but I can’t click on it …. any sergestions please

      mine dosent say bootloader in zadig how d0 get it so that it does (i already tried restarting my pc)

      How about the second time you try to connect after you flash in bootload mode the first time? Should you be able to connect without bootloader?
