Hubsan H507A X4 Star Quadcopter Drone Flight Battery Failure Video – I was so gutted to have had battery failure with this quadcopter. Before recording this video i had charged and flown this copter 3 separate times, and i had nothing but problems from the battery giving less than 4 minutes flight times and multiple low battery warnings within 30 seconds of each other. I tried multiple battery chargers and always had the same result, so i have ordered another 4 so i can fully test this quadcopter at a later date. In this video i try to fly this as best i can with the short amount of time i had with it in the air, but i will most definitely be taking this up again

I watched another review of this quad and the flight time was pretty low on it it too.
It says 8-9 mins so your technique is wrong I have had mine up for 10 mins on videos -no problems with video replay in fact its a good quad mine when 900 ft then returned back and i got a railway viaduct video which was excellent -stop yer moaning you didnt buy it from some dodgy taffy in Cardiff did you
i have the same drone and it lasts less than 10 minutes. it does state that it lasts 9mins. i also cannot get the movie i made from the drone to play. tried several times but it simply wont play
Nothing wrong with Battery just got one…5 min flight time. thats it

Yes I get nearly full 9 minutes of flight time , but I had tho charge the night before and in the morning I still had to top off , but I’m buying like 5 batteries at least I’m also buying a WiFi repeater, oh it’s gonna be awesome and I just up graded the h502e RC with a 6 dbi Omni directional antenna I’m hope to get at least 700 meters , I just bought the gps watch for this drone but it only has 50 meter range I will upgrade that watch antenna as well ! Make sure you get the Xiaomi WiFi repeater for 10.00 bucks online at Banggood.com
I have been getting consistent flight times approaching (and at times even exceeding) ten minutes…that is until yesterday when some asshaberdasher hijacked it (presumably using the X-Hubsan app and possibly a range extender relay), crashed it into the snow, and caused one of the motors to burn out. 🙁
Call me, “Droneless in Shelton” now. :-O
Anyway, yeah I’ve seen a number of Hubsan H507A videos on YouTube where owners get less than five minutes of flight time.
When I first got my H507A, it flew for several minutes and then just summarily fell out of the sky as well (from ~5 meters up). Fortunately, the place it fell onto had some medium-height dead grass and the drone was not damaged. Now I’m getting flight times approaching ten minutes after going through several batteries & chargers until I got something that functioned properly.
But just several days ago, the starboard (right) front motor went to pot. I have another H507A on the way though, so I’ll only be grounded until 02-13-18. 🙂 {I have MS and do not have sufficient fine motor control to replace the drone’s faulty motor; that’s why I purchased a whole new drone}
Any update on the battery situation? Did you manage to get more reasonable flight time out of it?
