* Looks like HelioRC, the ones from SpringFC with IMU-F gyro coprocessor are in big financial troubles. They had a court case with Preston Garrison (FlightOne, RaceFlight) and proposed a settlement (which was accepted) https://www.pacermonitor.com/public/case/23546651/Code_Orange_Incorporated_et_al_v_Ornery_Development_LLC_et_al and home where HelioRC LLC was sold recently. There is also a rumor that more properties changed owners and they own money to various companies
* INAV 2.1 final is very very close!

I’m absolutely not a fanboy of anything. I have 2 quads running Betaflight and 1 running Butterflight and they’re great. I love when there’s competition in the market. See, BF guys even implemented GPS (kind of) RTH after BuF showed up!
BTW, the same thing about iNav. I’m going to build a small wing using it, but I may even build one with PixHawk in the future, who knows.
About the Helio Spring, I never tried it, because the shipping from the US is prohibitive… But I would love to try it some day too!
Don’t forget, that apparently, the Helio guys have been MIA since mid December on their own Discord server or any other social media. Someone said even to their retailers (gossip train). Very weird though.
I get conflicting reasons way, but nevertheless, when you own a business you cannot go MIA for 2 months. Period.
Is there any hope for 32k to come back when gyro technology eventually improves in the future?
I just bought a Hello Spring from getfpv will be here Tuesday. All the drama around it is too bad. I like using their FC. Putting it in a 6″ low KV 5S cruiser.
Love the news, always thought butterflight/helio was a little shady. I flew inav 2.1 on my 7 inch yesterday and it flew the best yet. Keep it up.

I mean helio is focusing on Pegasus rn from what I know. they’ve been releasing firmware on the Pegasus gui. every so often I see new IMUF updates. I just got done deciding if I wanted to flash the newest ODIN or keep starbuck.. but if this is true then this make me sad.. they was doing good things.

Well butterflight 3.6.6 is out now, its not all dead.
32k is not hype i have many FC and nothing flys like RF1 on helio. i dont know the deatails of all this drama but of all the FC and Fw ive flown Helio is by far the best feeling flight i have so u can say this is dead that is dead but as long as i habe the .bin saved on my hd im good and flying like a boss
Now have Tim Sweet gone public and Helio ain’t dead, an happy day!!!
Take a look at Helios official FB page, it’s sad that you Pawel and JB was to fast to say that’s things was dead, I think we will see more 25/2 when the the official fight of Helio/F1 will be finally over, can say that Some one whit a big ego did lose(as I head) but we will know more25/2.
And the work is now in Pegasus GUI not butter.
