      Richard, I believe 54 kmh is a limit set by the software. My Evo came with a default limit of something around 32 kmh and distance limit of 500 meters. I had to disable both in order to get speed and distance out of it. And the max setting for speed in the software was 54 kmh. So, I suspect that no matter what you do, you will not exceed 54 kmh based on the software governor.

      I like it, but I don’t think I’ll get it just yet (It’s basically a better Mavic). My hacked Mavic is still better as I’m able to fly in 50+ mph gusts.. I wonder how hackable the Evo is?

      Does the Evo have a smart landing feature like the Mavic Pro to facilitate accurate landings? Perhaps a landing pad with some contrast against the grass would aid in more precise landings. My Phantom 4 standard regularly lands in less than three inches of take off point even without using a contrasty marker ( probably all gps ). My Mavic Air on the other hand is supposed to do this but rarely does. I’ve had the gin on for the Evo since its introduction but am holding out for the one inch sensor model because for me the camera is the point of it all. The Evo looks like it will measure up and will give DJI some competition that it is unused to having. But it is plagued with delays and minor issues that isn’t helping the launch.
