Hello I was gifted a new broadream S9 drone a little while back and it does not work. I was hoping for a replacement. It turns on and thebpropsnspin butnitnwojtnfly. I’ve fully Charged multiple times and it still will not leave the ground. I’m very disappointed because I really wanted to have a good time with this get back to me as soon as possible that would be great unfortunately I don’t have the stickers on it because the person who gifted it to me took all of them off of it but I do have every piece and component in the boxes in perfect shape everything down to the driver extra propellers everything. What can we do to make this right. It won’t let me post the video of what it’s dping as of not I give this a 0/5 stars and I’d like to be able to make that a 5of 5 syars
