Even before I finished it I found more spots to be improved, but I’ll leave that for V4. I have a gut feeling (so far it is not too far off usually:) that my goal of 200 km/h is doable and I won’t rest until I reach that. Maybe not with this or the next copter, but I’ll get there, one step at the time:)
Nice one! Can’t believe you made 180km/h.
Look at that slick looking beast, nice work man! Happy Canada Day!!
good luck.looks like a flying piranha.
nice
Love those KDE motors!
Hi Roboforcer…i recocgnise your nice work….excellent…
Happy flights

I’ve been thinking about building a quad for speed lately. some ideas..
1. have you considered using the body of the quad for lift? you say you’re
at about 80 degrees in angle during full forward flight, that 10 percent
angle is effectively lost speed, if you can build your motor arms in a way
that they will create a small amount of lift I believe the increased drag
will be less than the gains in speed.
2. I’ve been thinking about a two battery system, one that is used to bring
the quad all the way up to the beginning of the speed run and then it
ejects the battery, relying on a much smaller and lighter battery to
perform the brief burt of speed.
Lets see 200mph!!!! (320kph)
Use ZMX 2206 2300kv on 6s 5040 prop
That looks awesome man! every video temps me into the challenge =)
