XK X250 1 motor defect and when shaking a little bit the motors are powering up

XK X250 Alien with defected motor and when shaking a little bit with the quadcopter the motors are going full speed and the controller is set on 01% throttle.

  It’s easy to fix. Just get a new motor and change it and everything will
  work like before. I had two motors broken and fixed both within a few
  minutes. Let me know if you need more help!

  Being an absolute newbie this will be a very naive question. How do you change the motor on the x250?
