A boring video. Using a DJI Phantom to find a lost Bixler RC plane was just one of the fun things we did on the last Sunday of Autumn 2019 here in Tokoroa New Zealand. Not too much to see here but join us anyway for a laid-back day at the airfield.

One of my buddies at our RC field had a plane fly away on him and land in a soybean field across the road, at which time one of the other guys fired up his DJI and flew over to try and find it. He hovered over the plane while I burrowed through the beans to the crash site. Turned out he’d found a different model entirely that none of us knew about. I ended up coming back with two lost planes. So, score two for DJI search and rescue! 😉
