Happy flying!
Your videos are always inspirational!
PNP…..$250….?….You are kidding me right?
Really nice, man! Really beautiful wing! ?
But if you put a FC with iNav, with stabilization and so on, it won’t be “Caipirinha” anymore. You have to pilot it like a drunk person to be. LOL ?
very cool, Im going to have to get a wing to start flying something other than quads and hexes. Or should I say to start crashing something else. Probably more likely. Thanks for all the great content!
As a Brazilian, this wing makes me thirsty 😀 Great video as always!
I´ve build the wipeout from scratch, this build looks like a piece of cake and a very reasoned version 2. Thx for the video(s).
Would you do a maiden flight tips video like launching and so on?
you better laminate it
really great wing, I love mine, be careful of the gopro mount in crashes. brain3d is working on a replacement TPU mount, i have a prototype and it works ok, as far as the power, i have 2 xt 60s on the pdb, i have 2 in and 1 out so i can run dual batteries if i want. as far as clue i used welders/e6000 glue – as far as pronunciation, i pronounce it cappy-reena or kai-pa-rinia – who knows whether that’s right or not lol
I love TBS.
But you have to question the decision of choosing a name no-one can pronounce 🙂
Plywood plate at end of wing, in fact lets celebrate plywood’s resurgence…
Great wing, but so expensive!
90 minute flight times…….! Nice !!!
I’ve been flying an inav built out version of the capi 2 for a while now, and yes there’s quite a bit of cabling required but not so much distance that a twisted pair was required. A clean power supply will hold you in good stead.. I’ve used a matek F405 board and a 6S capable PDB. If they had been available when I first built it I’d have used the PDB FCHUB-W, which is purpose built for wings, and the F405 just plugs into to using a ribbon cable. My next capi2 will use one of these. I launch mine from the vertical over my head, and you’ll need to nav_fw_launch_max_angle = 90, nav_fw_launch_accel=100 (1G), nav_fw_launch_motor_delay=250. Looking forward to seeing your inav video.
Too bad you couldn’t do the TBS build with everything from TBS from diversity Rx, colibri race FC, vision stack and wing layer???
Any idea when the next part (iNav/F-35 install) might be uploaded?
As always great presentation. Unfortunately price mentioned does not include cost shipping which was 75$ US. Yes TBS claim super fast shipping but since I’m waiting 3 weeks for all other components I’m not in rush for wing kit as well. Cheaper shipping option would be highly appreciated, but at next time since for now I got other wing..
I was thinking about your wanting to have a current sensor maybe this little gem from Fullspeed might be a good 3 quid solution:>>>>> if they would only make a XT60 version but I guess a XT30 to 60 could be made or maybe resolder to a 60
