      I had given you a lead on retracts in a super chat about a month ago. With those you have to modify the wing pocket by cutting out the bottom if you want it to fit flush and drill a couple of holes to line up with existing pocket holes. I found some much cheaper ones that fit directly and are probably the correct ones but are shorter so you have to straighten the original landing gear shaft to get 4 1/4″ so the wheels will reach the existing wheel well. I’ll send you a pair if you give me an address. I haven’t figured out where I got them or a model # yet but I can resurch more if you want to go that route.

      Nice flying out there! You are lucky to reside in a state where there is no snow at this time of the year. Here up north in Canada, southern part of the Quebec province we have about a foot of snow and it’s pretty cold -11C (-19C with the wind chill). Anyway cheers M8! 😉

      It was almost nice flying HERE yesterday (Sunday! ?) With an old flying buddy and I! Flew my valiant AND my night vapor finally! ?

      HE, like myself used to fly a bunch. I turned his safe OFF on his umx timber, & he, (like me!) discovered he can still fly too!
