First lol I’m still waiting for my cam
to come in it’s just setting in China for almost a month now
Andrew pretty darn good for night I’d say. I’m a big fan of the caddix ratel but this seems a bit better after dark IMO ??
Hey I’m #2 Again! NICE L@@Kin Camera & W@@W Great In The Dark! Thanks Mate I Might Just Have To Get One For To Put On My Dog For Night Surveillance & See What The Heck She’s Barking At!? LOL
Good reveiw, thanks! The original Cat lives on the front of my Mini Talon and is one of my favorite cameras for both day and night use. This looks like another winner from Foxeer.
I don’t have a night camera yet… This makes me want to get one. Looks great as far as I can tell
I would like to see you put this camera on your hat and link it to your FPV goggles, then navigate some really dark places on foot. Maybe include eastern cemetery, you never know who (or what) you might see. Speaking of which, there were a couple of women walking near eastern cemetery and as I passed by they asked me would I mind walking with them as they were getting a little spooked. I said yes no problems I know how you feel. How so they asked. I said I felt the same way when I was alive too. Should have seen them run
looks a good camera
Mate; put a Slasher and a Rake on ya RCC and do the Lawns from the Bedroom!!<]:)...

Hi Andrew
I got inspiration from you and Allen to start my own youtube channel to help other folks in the hobby and was wondering what you use to film and edit.
Thanks
50K subscriber mark is not so far away …
but this night cam feature is nice but far away from being good compared to the cheap home security cameras that always come along with IR lighting.
Doing fpv at night will not work this way and it is forbidden here too.
trying to get my ZOHD Nano Talon Evo with the Kopilot and the camera working with the DJI goggles, not the fpv ones, but the dji Mavic 2 ones , the racing edition that luckily offers receiving digital or analog signal … And then I will go for the digital dji fpv camera that I already have purchased and sadly looks a bit bulky and heavy … but well designed
Can not wait til corona infection rate will be further down in a range where the restrictions will have been gone and the RC field is ready cause now there is a bit too much gras.
And flying in a field gets more and more complicated due to the hunt for drones all people assume I am flying a drone they can not see cause I have a remote in my hand and watch through goggles or on a screen. Therefore a lot of talk … and explanations and of cause dogs looking for adventures.

wow that is really nice! Can see quite well.
That was dark, and it did well Andrew…The external shots under torchlight showed how dark it was…The Go Pro living up to its name again, IE Black…Shocking really TBH…lol.
Nice job Andrew. Now if they just had a nano version.
Time to make some night vision goggles
I’m not into FPV stuff, although I’ve got nothing against people who are.
But… I can see how flying quad-copter drone-type camera thingies at night would get a lot of anti-RC people angry. Snooping? Spying? Not necessarily, but I’m surprised there aren’t hysterical newspaper campaigns for night-vision camera equipment to be banned.
‘Regular’ RC modellers do their stuff in broad daylight (where they can be accosted, assaulted, [woof!], apprehended, insulted, filmed, identified, arrested, taxed, fined, mugged, pelted with rocks, spat upon, etc), whereas anybody creeping about in the dark with a flying camera is generally suspected of being up to no good.
Of course it’s unfair – it’s pure prejudice – but doing stuff under the cover of darkness is bound to be seen as something dodgy. Aerial night-capable camera gear is just a bit more ammunition for the CAA and the anti-hobby brigade.
Sigh. I’m currently doing all my RC flying on a heavily-customised flight simulator. No tax, no registration, no restrictions. It’s not perfect but it’s… adequately satisfactory; the weather’s adjustable, the thermals are optional, the virtual models are painstakingly exact versions of my own various DIY-designed models, there ain’t no uppity dogs with moronic owners, and I’m never more than 30 seconds away from a hot drink and a biscuit – day OR night. 😉
Impressive
Great work on the video. Looks so fun to drive fpv at night!
I love your wltoy
