      Love this sim. As a suggestion could different drones be added. Something like the popular Tiny Whoop and many others. Would be awesome to practice with.

      For development I have an old Esky 0905A USB dummy controller that I keep plugged in to my computer at all time. Sometimes, the Devo 10 multi module transmitter that I use for all my models.

      Well done. I wasn’t expecting much for 5 bucks but, as a beginner, I enjoy this sim more than Velocidrone. On my Win8.1 laptop, it works great with my Taranis QX-7. Freerider loads much faster.

      For some reason, on my Win10 desktop, Freerider has a problem with the joystick inputs while they work OK in Velocidrone. ???

      Do you get any input at all in Win10 using the same model settings on you Taranis?
      As you may know, there was some update to windows 10 recently which caused problems with controller input in general. You can find more info here:

      No. Win 10 seems to respond to the joysticks but the Freerider controller calibration is not seeing any of those inputs. The Taranis joystick does appear on the Devices and Printers page but the driver is dated 2006 and doesn’t give the option to roll back so I don’t know if the recent update issue is the cause. More research needed. Thanks.

      Well, iOS is not an ideal platform for the simulator I think, since iOS (as far as I know it) doesn’t have very good support for physical controllers. I know some bluetooth controllers might work, but I don’t think it’s possible to connect an actual RC radio to fly which makes it less interesting in my opinion. (Let me know if you know otherwise). (And, flying using a touchscreen is very limiting I think…)

      I love this simulator. It runs on my old mac like a charm. Well worth the few bucks to unlock the other courses and customizing PIDS.

      I downloaded the free version years ago and then paid 4.99 for an upgrade. That computer is long dead and i would like to reinstall the 5 buck version on a newer computer. Is this possible? Do I have to re-purchase it?

      Yes, it is possible. You do not have to re-purchase it. When you purchased the sim you got an email with a link to your personal download page, you can download the latest version from there.
