How to build a 4″ FPV RACING DRONE. Orion 155x full build guide
Build guide for the amazing Orion 155x. super tight and semi difficult build but well worth it. Comes in at about 215 grams. This thing has insane power to weight, tiny profile and amazing flight characteristics.

Happy flying.
Great Video.
I just posted on a forum asking for a good 4″ quad set up. CRAZY!
Thanks Stu, I’m about to start this build !
what do you use to record your footage from your fpv camera?
how do you clean your soldering iron and how do you change motor direction
using blhelisuite
Stu, I think I see a 190X up in the wall?
When will that come?
I would really love to see a particularly special build with the 190X
please!
Remember there is the flip32 race edition with onboard USB available. No
FTDI to deal with.
Are there any F3 FC with the small profile available?
I have a lot to talk about with this build, would love to see some very
clever solutions to the problems with this build.
One other point I really want to add, VHB to adhere and isolate the FC and
reg might be a good idea? VHB 4914 might be a good solution, I would like
to find it in black, but have yet to locate that specific thin variant in a
black material.
Stu. What happened to your big comfortable white office chair?
Great build
get a real lens.
what size would be good for a first time builder???
Another fantastic video again my friend 🙂
Instead of all these cables for your FTDI connection, why did you not use
some right angle pins? That would have been more safe than these cables and
connectors hanging around no?
Have a wonderful week
Every time you do a build you make me want to build the same one! Keep it
up.
Hey man, you actually don’t need the pins for the pololu, just lay it on
top and fill it up with solder, works perfectly and is just as secure.
Can we use specktrum recievers to use with DX6i? Really informative videos
cheers…..
Could I ask you a question? What guage wire do you use for your battery
wires? Thanks Rich
can u make a video how u do PID tuning for all ur quads ? pls…
Nice job dude.
