Long range flight 7km round trip at the Budgewoi Peninsula NSW, Australia.
The quad still needs tuning, the on shore wind was hard to battle and the pilot still needs to sharpen his skills lol.
In all seriousness though this was more of a range and battery test. You’ll notice that every time I try to fly down low I have to raise altitude quickly. This was due to my crossfire link dropping substantially. Could possibly be something to do with the immortal T antenna being mounted horizontally on the quad. I’ll be changing it to a vertical position before my next LR flight and see how it performs then.
Hope you enjoyed the flight 🙂
Was that a GoPro session?
