We take the new Fat Shark 101 quadcopter for a spin to see if this ready-to-fly system can be a good entry point for FPV drone racing. Fat Shark puts quadcopter, transmitter, and FPV goggles in one package that works right out of the box, but its basic features may be too limiting for drone fans.

Thanks for watching!
Check out Flight test . Josh and the family . Have loads of imfo. On quads and FPV
Expensive and crappy, what a bust!
The audio spiking makes this unwatchable
dont waste your money on this piece of junk, there are plenty of other rtf quads out there for less money that are way better. Fat shark gear in general is WAY over priced and their support is basically non existent.
Why is the audio so weird
the transmitter can be bound to FlySky receivers as well.
Better of buying the Eachine q90c AIO pack for that price.
So it’s basically garbage…..?
WAY too expensive.
Shitty goggles, shitty remote.
Fatshark is overpriced AF
$250 + cost of stadium?
I got my fpv system for 180$ and it works like a dream! No need for this toy at 250$
you can also just get 250$ at the ATM… put your lighter under it. and set the the money on fire.. same result.. crappy quad
Starting with an induxtrix or Building a tiny whoop would be a much better option. You can upgrade, it has better VX/TX so you can fly for more then 50ft and around corners.and the cost is similar. Worrying about support from third party venders is pretty useless, I doubt they are going to cover you breaking things due to a crash. if you are serious about getting into fpv you should understand, you will crash, you will crash again and you will need to know how to rebuild your quad and how to find answers when things aren’t working right. Then you will crash again. You really need to understand how these things are built and not be afraid to work on them. Parts for these size quads aren’t that expensive but you will replace parts often so it can add up. Then you will crash again.
Could Tested do a video reviewing/recommending inexpensive quads/drones? Like on a budget of $50. Obviously they won’t be amazing or have cameras, etc. But there’s so many out there for under $50, I’d like to know what you guys think as far as what’s decent and what’s crap.
Is this the same Fat Shark that’s made the Warhammer: Vermintide games? Or is that a different, heavier shark?
While I agree with the review, I disagree with the notion that brished motors = human running speed, not unless you’re usain bolt, even then I still disagree.
um a basketball stadium… the fuzzz. its made for in side your tiny house lol and no you will never spend more time flying then tinkering lol you guys were doing so good then i saw this .
I’d hate to see your savings account Norm.
