The ULTRA LIGHT Drone frame that WON ME OVER. Transtec Lightning Review.
Ultralight drone racing fpv frame that might just change how I feel about hyperlite quads. Transtec Lightning review is a pretty amazing drone racing frame. The most amazing thing is how stiff and strong this racing frame is for its size. Link – http://bit.ly/2wWhHZI
I cant wait to put some powerful motors in here, Small FC and compact vtx and make something that could be one of the fastest drones ever.
There is also the kevlar version…

Do you think the kevlar version would help?

Possible Showstopper is where are the arms designed to break? or do they take the frame out with it?
You need to stick the brotherhobby returner r3 2207 2550kv motors on it and that will rip!
Is this grumpy Trev? Control line pulse jet speed flight
Too small to protect a cam and bring all the stuff (FC, VTX, RX…) inside :s I don’t understand thant kind of frame :/
Change up the “bad boy” intro
Well though out bit of kit. The price is reasonable and it should hold the two PCBs I need. Quad esc and combined controller with vtx. Light weight is absolutely the way to go. Applies to planks, helis, cars and bikes ????
So in regards to the direction of the carbon fiber weave, it’s not exactly “the best way” to do it and may not necessarily be how you think it is. Sometimes carbon fiber plate manufacturers will just have the top and bottom weave patterns going in the same direction and will rotate between 45 and 90-degree patterns as they stack the prepreg layers, which is really what you want because… If you only have the weave running the radial direction (like this one, but we don’t know if layers are crossed), corresponding stiffness will be good, but torsional stiffness will be very poor which is bad because spinning motors/props that are constantly changing attitude generate torsional load as well because they are essentially mechanical gyroscopes –> this can also distort “feel” and flight performance (why you want to 45/90 weaves 🙂
One eyed techno frog.
I wish you could review the FU-RC Brown Eye goggles! they look amazing, I think I may pick up a pair instead of the Aomway commander if I can find it in stock!
I would like to c u make a super fast quad with large super fast engine
Light? 74 Gramm? It’s not light….
Light is hyperlite floss????????????
Looks impressive, but my lightest frame is about 39g and it’s strong anyway. I mean I built a very light Quad and it does not have to be as strong as a normal 5 inch Quad.
What will be the best goggles to get for a beginner
does this mean Stu is actually going to build a quad again? Doubt it but there’s a whole world of new FC’s since he’s done a build video. – racerstar has an AIO Stu u should review it with this frame, although I agree it’s not ultra lite
I bought the wizard 220s and the turnigy evolution on your recommendation. Really happy with them, crashed my wizard in the water and it stil worked fine when dried up lol. Have a video in my channel where I fly it just fine a couple of weeks after landing in the water. Ill make a video of that soon, had a go pro mounted..
F7X fpv googles PLZ. DO a review 42 degree view DVR 16.9 / 4.3 SO on
With so many great inexpensive frames out there right now being developed by real members of our community, why devote yet another video to bangood? Sigh… The real companies that push our hobby forward need support from successful channels like yours. Not trying to troll or flame you. I’m not sure you understand the disservice that legitimizing bangood does the hobby. Maybe consider evening out the bangood videos with the videos covering actual good companies?
