EX4 Quadcopter Flying a Chilly Windy Afternoon – Altitude Mode00:00

Video recording on Monday, December 9, 2019, a chilly windy snowy afternoon.

The wind was blowing at 15 Kph, with gusts of up to 40 Kph and the ground temperature at 2 deg C (35 deg F); it felt like -1 deg C (30 deg F).

iPhone X recording at 1080p / 60 fps. On-board Camera recording at 1080p/30 Fps.

Today I flew the quad in the Altitude mode with GPS off, and the gimbal was frozen on some portion at the beginning of the flight. Have to practice slowly turning the quad so it’s not perceptible on the video. The EX4 is a great quad and I strongly recommend it.

PS: It is not recommended to fly in Altitude Mode unless you know very well how to fly the drone, because GPS is Off and RTH is not functioning – especially when it is windy the drone can very easily drift and flyaway.
