with 2 4S 3300MAH BATTS, I quickly flew 200 feet in front of me then started a 3.5 min Climb at full throttle. I don’t know How high I was, Im open to estimates. I know I was with the clouds. I have to put on the OSD and Then i’ll refly and post DVR footage. my 1.2G 1.5W lawmate TX was perfectly clear, but the low light sucked in camera. The gopro saved the day as usual.

Good job ! That is a great fly !
wow!
FPV ??
Very impressive. I estimate 750m
Good job, check out my quadcopter that high.
nice! I am guessing you were up around 3,000 feet. When you skydive you
pull your chute at around 2500 to 3000 feet and the houses, road, etc look
just about the same size so i am thinking that number is pretty close.
You sir are insane! I always worry that something might malfunction and
copter falls on someone killing them or destroying a car/house. :(

What? I have control when driving… an rc device is not physically
connected to the operator in any way… sigh. Please stop being
ridiculous.
+neil You’re much more likely to hit someone driving to the store … but
you’re willing to take that chance.
Silly.
+JoeyG FPV Be careful flying so high. There are private and passenger jets
up there, and you will never see them coming. Very nice 🙂
+JoeyG FPV
Yes it was a compliment. I agree about it being over an unpopulated area
and during calm weather but at that height, there is no telling where it
would fall and someone could be roaming in the field, I could never take
that chance.
I think that was a compliment lol?? In this flight I am over a 2 acre
field, so if it was to fail. No proptery or people would have been injured.
Very important this is done in calm weather.
that’ waz fooooking ACE LOVE THE VIDEO,,, UK GAZA AM GETTING ONE, DEFO.X
KEEP UP WITH YOUR WORK BEST FOOTAGE ,, EVER.
That was super cool man.
6000-8000 feet
+JoeyG FPV I wasn’t even close!
+Bryce Miller 2200ft
Why do people still use meters? No one uses that. This is the United
States.
+Bryce Miller It’s the other way around. You separate from the rest of the
world 🙂
+Bryce Miller unfortunately a lot of older OSD’s the imperial function
wasn’t available. I agree metric sucks.
Take the quad a little ways off the ground, perhaps a few hundred feet.
Until you can see a ways down the road. Distances you can check on the
map, Google or otherwise. Compare car sizes to those you saw looking
straight down from altitude. Using the exact same camera and lense (very
important.)
You should be able to estimate distance/altitude fairly well.
