Pros
– Actually a nice sporty flier for an altitude hold quadcopter.
– Headless mode and one key return.
– Altitude hold.
– Currently at a very nice price. Not sure how long that will last though.
Cons
– No camera included, but again that greatly reduces the price. Use the savings to buy a better camera than the original 0.3MP one.

So don’t expect GoPro quality at that price 😉 But its small size and weight makes it perfect for attaching to many RC aircraft, without worrying too much about losing it in a crash. If the TX would beep under LVC it would be a winner in my book. You just can’t see those lights flash in the daylight especially if it’s far away. I’d gladly pay a little extra for that feature. All quads in the future should have it like the popular “Bugs 3”!

The Home button unlocking was pretty cool, I hope they retain it. If they shift it to the back it would be quite similar to what android phones have.I want this Drone Because Its Amazing 🙂
This cheaper version says it does not have altitude hold.
How does the one key return button work? If I press it for a second it goes slowly down to the ground but it doesn’t come back to me
I followed the link provided in the description of the SY X33-1 Drone’s YouTube video and I found an Tomtop’s ad that seems that it’s about some non Altitude Hold SY X33-1 Drone that has no Auto Take Off and Landing as well. Is this link correct?
Now a Tomtop agent answered a question made by a customer saying that this RC Drone DOES NOT have Altitude Hold ! (see Q&A at the bottom of the main ad page ). What’s going on?
