Many thanx Knuth. I’ve had a couple go into trees and lost one to the wind
out of range at first but we haven’t had any losses recently. The more you
practice the more your skills and confidence grow and it’s not long till

Superb video. I appreciate this video a lot. The standard onboard provided
with the Syma records some nice video. When you rotate the quad do you turn
your body to remain orientated? I’ve tried to turn the copter so the camera
faces me but the controls become reversed and I often can’t maintain
control. Were you using the standard 500mah battery that comes with the
Syma?
this quad is really stable for the money, but had troubles the first day
with battery connection.. might have to take it apart to check the
connector. i bought a knock off husban and one mottor froze up the first
day…all of these cheap quads must have theses kinds of issues or im just
unlucky
Hope you get it sorted and yes, as much as I love these things I have to
admit the quality control is not always the best.
Just ordered one…Must admit you make it look easy as other vids I seen
are all over the place….So fingers crossed my vids look more like yours
then theirs lol
I am confused what is this from the 2MP on the drone? And did you take
images too ?? possible to pan slowly too instead of jerking it!
My camera is not that clear at all. I don’t know how either. I have the
Syma x5c-1 and I thought the camera was HD. I plugged it into my computer
and the quality is not good. How is your video so clear?
It should be 720p definition. Footage can vary depending on light (time of
day) and stability of flight. It also isn’t so good when flying backwards,
it does take a bit of practice until you get used to it.
Not bad for a $60 quad! I have one coming in the mail :D
nice steady flight despite the wind, good job mate, i love my Syma, in my
mind they are very hard to beat for the money, ive just ordered the new
Syma x5sw with FPV, and ive also ordered the new Syma x8, the X8 is a
bigger drone that can carry a gopro or similar, so im looking forward to
better quality video, and still cost less than £100,

Hi Carlos, the camera is fixed but it is easy to modify it to change the
angle as shown here for an example:
That’s pretty good quality video for the stock camera.
