Toy Drone gone 1000 Feet in Altitude without FPV. Will it lose signal range?02:57

Just for fun i got my cheap toy drone out today and having a blast with it.
Its a 60$ very lightweight drone with NO Fpv just the telemetry from the controller and i have to say i was pretty impressed.
I never lost Signal and when i hit the RTH button immediately came back to me about 4 meters away from the point that it launched.
For a Cheap Toy Brushed Drone its really good for what it is.
