      Yes, my E012HC also suddenly shoots up & hits the ceiling, all control is lost, and then it falls DEAD on the ground, (when battery starts to get a bit low). The throttle control is not accurate. Also it records no video or picture on the SD card. For about 2 minutes it will fly very stable, but keeps losing height slowly, and then after 2 minutes or so, it suddenly flies very high, clings to the ceiling and drops dead.       I don’t know what to make of mine (HC model). The left button doesn’t take pics or video but induces ‘headless’ mode. My altitude mode works fine though. Pressing the button doesn’t bleep like in your video but that of a single bleep. The instructions are useless. The SD card only shows 2 folders pic and video but nothing in either.
