I am surprised you have static electricity there – I assumed that the humidity was high there. You may want to check how well your electrical power to your house is grounded. You have metal siding and it may need to have ground wiring attached in places. If there is any doubt you may want to have a knowledgeable electrician to check things out.
your house is made mostly of metal and with those electric current and radio waves coming into it, it creates the static electricity and it’s going nowhere because in the Philippines, they usually don’t install ground wires in their house wirings. So you need to attached grounding wires to the metal walls and fix it to a pipe that is implanted about at least 2 ft into the ground..
