Great video, but you didn’t say why you need yaw and pitch controls, when you can fly and steer with just the right joystick, which makes the drone fly forwards and back and left and right anyway? Spinning the drone around on itself, seems like an unnecessary complication to me.

Do all quad copters have leveling built in?

I don’t think so, maybe if you connect the battery directly to the motors 🙂 ….but I’m not sure how will you get the drone back

Clean the motors, straighten the propellers. Make sure they are spinning freely and they are not in contact with the propeller guards. If one of the motors is overheating then try to replace it.

What is the problem?? The drone will not go up its only spinning when i turn it all the way up……

If it’s spinning then probably 2 opposing propellers are spinning faster and the other 2 are spinning slower. Check the trim buttons ►

Position the drone with the head forward, place it in front of you, and move the right stick forward/backward.

– Check the motors to see if they spin roughly at the same speed, clean them, if they spin slower on one side then they are probably worn out. Brushless motors have bearings, brushed motors can wear out faster because power is transferred through friction inside.
– Check the propellers, the blades must be at a certain angle and not totally horizontal.
– If the battery is too old or charged/stored incorrectly then it’s probably damaged and can’t provide enough power. If the drone is not used for 2-3 days the battery must be discharged to 3.8V per cell (storage charge). Don’t discharge the battery more then around 3.5V per cell or the battery will be puffed and it won’t be usable for flying.

The battery of the drone is replaceable, it is a 1 cell LiPo. Also check the motors, make sure the propellers are clean.
