I reset my accelerometer. It stopped my drifting problem!!
the rocking back and forth doesn’t matter, the camera still stays level…that is what matters…I bought the 4K model for video and it is rock solid when I ply back the video…
Is manual mode the same as Adam mode on a DJI Phantom it will just keep on drifting

Great video. I’m glad that you mentioned in another comment that the drone will pitch down hard in manual mode. I’ve seen a few people give it full throttle at low altitude and have their quad eat dirt.

Thanks so much man. Its truly appreciated. Wish I would have knew this last week. As I lost my JJRC H31 to the trees. LOL. Gave it full throttle up, went up to high and it drifted left (wind got it) very fast. If I didnt panic (and had more experience) I could have saved it. Plan on getting another one so I can learn to fly Manual Mode. and when I purchase my 500+ I’ll be ready! Thanks again E. Happy Flyin’
Thanks for sharing. So if the quad still holds its altitude in Manual Mode, whats the user responsible for the in controlling the quad? Also, in Manual Mode, is there ever a chance the user can loose control of the quad?

Well done) Quick question, at 5:55 in the video, when you took your hand off the throttle to show the quad drifting, she held her altitude, is that a barometer or something??? And, in manual mode, what happens if you fly out of range? Didn’t know about the shortcut to disable the GPS, thought I had to go into settings. Great video bro, please keep them coming. You’ve seen my video, I got the Q500 4K, but her and I ain’t gettin’ along that well so far! Lol. I like her, maybe I just don’t understand her big ass yet! Hahaha!!!! How did you switch so fast into manuel mode to GPS mode?
In my opinion the reason for the slight drift after you stop is due to videography, you don’t want it to come to a sudden stop it doesn’t look good. You want smooth turns and stops, I have the 500+ the only con I have is the camera too much glare but it does the job in the right hands 🙂 love the manual mode.

The Q500 has no waypoint capability. Yuneec has said that it “never will”.
