Missed the blackout frame question, I guessed on the nurk question and got lucky, Nailed the Mr Steele question cuz drib and johnny are good but he’s better. His Ethix gear is junk but he is the best pilot. @captaindrone told his viewers that autoscan is good to use for FPV…

Stew, for #8 there is no correct answer. This community is flooded with the BEST FPV pilots. I mean you would have to run the gambit, to pick the best, from freestyle to racing. There are so many excellent FPV pilots out there and they have their own uniqueness. As for the list, though, this theory pertains. Allow me to show you.
Jonny is an OG but he works for some amazing companies getting some of the best aerial shots for those companies. Steele is so locked in as a pilot that just by watching his content would set you on the same path. I have also seen Drib go from vlogger to president of a company that remains in our faces with exceptional FPV content. Le Drib also pushes pilots to be their best and PUSH for better.
Now that is just the list, Stew and chat. There are so many GREAT (BEST) pilots out there including YOU! Keep pushing hard to enjoy this hobby and make as many friends as you can along the way and YOU will run into, meet, fly with, and hang out with some of the BEST FPV pilots in the world.

I got 8 out of 9, it probably means I spend too much time watching videos and not enough flying. For #8 I choose “D – All of the above”.
I got 7/10, I watch a lot of drone videos but dont fly wish I could
johnny best camera man , steele best raw freestyle, vanover could be best racer if i had to pick from rotor riot guys, but le drib def freestyle skills and street cred
100% for me 👍. Best freestyler? Though I prefer ledribs flow, mr Steele has it down for flying by the seat of his pants, therefore my vote has to go with mr Steele.
Johnny is more cinematic. Steele is probably considered the best, but I prefer Le drib his lines and Flow are much more fun to watch

I thought the questions would be harder for me, but I got every one correct. I think all 3 pilots listed are excellent pilots in their own right. My only problem is that I don’t watch any of their videos… 🙁 well, I guess I watch Drew more than Steele or Johnny, but who I watch doesn’t make the best pilot. If it’s going to be a popular opinion thing, Steele will probably take top honors because I’m pretty sure more follow/like him than the other 2, but all 3 are excellent pilots. Maybe I’ll come up with a few questions that could stump you, Stu.
Johnny is the best cinematic and arguably the most successful – was my favorite to watch back when he put out more content. Steel is the best in pure freestyle skill – it’s just obvious that no one has his level of comfort on the sticks; quicker and more precise than either of the others. Aaand Drib is best at …eye makeup and b-roll heavy dubstep edits?? Scaring away rotor riot members?? Jk jk… I really do love Drib and have been a fan/follower of his since way before he joined rotor riot. He’s done a lot for the hobby – just not sure he’s the best _(any style)_ pilot…
9/10 for me, guessed wrong on Nurk’s old name. Need the local sports bars to start FPV trivia nights lol

My opinion, out of the three pilots, Johnny FPV is more cinematic freestyle, Drib is slo-flo freestyle, Mr.Steele is so say hardcore freestyle. An then there’s you, Stew, fun with friends freestyle/racing←best there is!
they’re all amazing at what they do. I would say johnny fpv captures the most epic footage everywhere he goes with his style of flying. Le Drib is super chill and enjoyable to watch; actions are smooth and relaxing. Mr. Steele is more of a racer turned freestyle mix, a little cocky sometimes, but an incredibly skilled pilot….. idk they’re all respectable in their own way and I feel that it’s subjective based on the flight style a given person likes to watch. It’s a toss up for me.

Who cares about FPV? FPV is for wankers who can’t tell left from right… you wanna watch pilots with some serious skills? Watch a good LOS pilot… besides LOS quads are way better than FPV quads…they’re way lighter, no need for camera, vtx, GoPro, wiring, carbon/metal protector plates, etc…and you can do maneuvers in LOS that are basically impossible in FPV. Actually, it’s pretty cool to watch FPV video from a quad flown by a great LOS pilot… you’ll puke your guts out it’s so disorienting…
