Testing out an underwater drone with the boys from Back 2 Basics Adventures. I know it’s meant to be called an underwater ROV by the way 😉
Az and Strick have travelled down from Cairns to hang out and freedive with me for the weekend and we thought we’d test out a new toy that I got, the Gladius mini underwater drone. Just so you know…it’s awesome!!! we use it to explore a little local wreck and play a game of underwater hide and seek.

did you say less than 25 degrees? ´Cause where I live it´s usually between 15 and 21 degrees and it doesn´t feel that cold

Lake michigan is really good for wreck exploration because the water is always pretty clear and they are preserved way better because no salt in the water. I’m going to be spearfishing there soon and hope to explore a few, just not going inside of them because that’s dangerous.
