Why not build yourself a waterproof quad? I dont care about rain now that I have built Aquaman! I tested it in the snow we had last month. Titan plus stack is a good candidate as it is stout (for a pcb) and 60 amps makes it hard to fry no matter how you fly or crash. One thing, remember to add Rain X to the screen of the FPV camera so you can see.

This is the mini or micro?
The latency while turning off is due to the led itself and the way it responds to a cut in power.
Don’t know much about latency, but I was under the impression that latency increases when the picture is very busy, ie lots of different colour grades and contrast. In other words, more work to be done by the processor before the signal gets to your screen. Conversely, if you have a simple white or black screen, latency should be minimal. Which might explain the consistency seen in a test setup with the unchanging image? Am I wrong about that?
