LOL Freeryder taught me just fine, I actually think it is much harder flying freeryder than a real quad so that is really nice to find out when you go behind the goggles fo r the first time and discover it is much easier in real life.
Yes your student definately has some natural ability, his throttle control is really amazing especially when he shorted the roll and had to correct bit by bit, he never freaked out and hit the throttle. His rolls and flips were on point to stopping rotation at the perfect time. I am very impressed, dam these youngsters making all our hard earned fpv skills look effortless. I will expect to see Batian FPV videos popping up in youtube soon and maybe even see him on a race podium holding a big trophey. Good job on the instruction as well you must have given him all the right stuff.

Don’t know who came up with this first you or rotor riot, but either way just shows how good simulators are now. Wish I had one when I started… Would’ve save me some money…lol.
I do use one now just to keep my fingers warmed up on the weeks where I can’t fly as much.
