While waiting for the Flywoo Explorer LR I converted my Skystars SG325 to have Crossfire and Caddx Vista. So now I can test DJI goggles’ antennas without freaking out all the time and I can go to the limits now for you guys 😉

This flight was yesterday, today I flew some more there and got out really far. So it’s a nest DJI FPV rangetester. I fly with more confidence and can test out how far I can go with DJI and how it behaves. Later I have to expect similar performance on all other DJI FPV copters (since they all have same antennas).
The only thing to improve here: because of the larger props it’s more affected by gusty wind (something I’m not used to from the powerfull 5″ drones).
Could also be just a bad PID tune. Also I need to find out how I can upgrade to newer iNav firmware – somehow it didnt work as easy as I know it from betaflight firmware (could also be the FC board tho).
Also: the silly FC here has too little Uarts – so I have no telemetry or OSD (so I just have a timer to 10mins for flighttime). Anyone any experience with this OMNIBUSF4V3 ?

i really want some gps rescue, but i really need to be able to define parameters quite tightly. like ”stop, go up 20m head home dropping at X meters per second, and also to be able to simply switch it off. scotland is very busy with rescue heli’s so i have to be super careful, maybe even come home backwards so i can reconnect quicker, i can’t be 3,000 feet up and return home and drop to my take off spot,

Hey RCschim, I surfed around the world in search of the tango 2 controller and everywhere is sold out and backorder….any advice for me on a direction that might land me an available tbs t2,,,,,I’m checking fly clubs now in search..actually I found 1 and the seller inflated the price to over 300 USA currency for the regular tango 2 version……..Mike……have a great day my friend…….
