I’ve had the same happen to me Dave with companies making my equipment, different field, but none the less nasty ripoff, I purchased your whole kit from flywoo, removed the flight controller and esc and fitted a F7 and GPS with compass loaded INAV and I have what I want, works the way I wanted, the other thing you should have mentioned is carbon fibre if it is cheap not only would it break if it’s lesser quality but it also will vibrate and cause camera issues. I have a genuine and a cloned framed from another company of a 7” quad and basically I can’t use it because of vibration. They even claimed it was genuine, so since then I only buy frames from the companies direct website.

I totally understand you. Unfortunately, for us out of the US it gets complicated… The FlyWoo frame is really the only option. 😕

The real question is what CAN you do about it? Either way I’d buy the real version to support the developer. I know how it feels to work hard and get it stolen.
Honestly, if you compare what you get with the real Flywoo bare frame kit, I don’t know why anyone would bother with this one. No battery straps, no Atomic antenna, no arm braces. Unknown carbon fiber quality.

Dang, I need to start designing frames and let them blaze them out with no payment back to me. The only condition is they have keep my frame name and slap my brand logo on the box for some street creed and brand awareness. You’d get some frames like Black Betty. Sabotage, Resistance, Revolution, Defiance. Who wants to design frames with my brand name? 🙂 Money is just dirty paper with dead men on them, I don’t need that, I can get plenty of that from Peru printing presses. hba.air-war.org
One more motor option for these builds…I just checked HGLRC’s Website, they have new 2004 motors that look really interesting. Nick is about to get another quote request. I cannot resist the 5in frame any longer!
My sister got me a Flywoo Explorer LR analog frame for my birthday. This has been the best birthday ever.
Frame arms can be stretch a bit to fit 5inch props
You might have to make your innovations with both design and material so that it’s harder to clone.

all you can do is help your fellow fpv pilots get the best experience possible, flywoo was out of stock incredibly quickly, its a hobby of tinkerers, tinkerers gonna tinker hehehe. ps have you ever looked at tubular carbon with doweling wood inside? i remember a while back los pilots creating just ridiculously agile fast quads

I preordered the Flywoo Explorer, it never came finially cancelled the order last month. Maybe CNC madness is the way to go.
