I did a previous review on this quad for GearBest.com. I’ve flown it around, in & outdoors, and I’m really liking this quad! I used a piece of foam and a rubber band to STOP the jello! YOU GOTTA SEE THIS!!!

Here’s my SECOND flight review & camera test of the JXD 510-G, 5.8GhZ FPV, 6 axis, altitude hold quadcopter. This quad is very stable, easy to fly and comes assembled out the box. It uses snap on prop guards, so they’re easy to put on and take off! The altitude hold feature, that uses an electronic barometer, works very well. I recommend this quad for beginners and intermediate flyers that are just getting into FPV flying. The camera had some “jello” issues but wedging foam between camera & quad will fix that!

I love your honest reviews, that my man sets you apart!
Good flying review! 🙂 I haven’t flown my small quads inside for a few
months now since the weather has changed except for
the rain. I managed to take the x380 out yesterday after a 3 1/2″ rain we
got to look at the flooding in the fields. The wind was
out of the SW at 14 mph and the ole girl didn’t have any problems doing
over a mile video. Don’t try flying in any kind of wind with
a brushed quad because you will lose it. Thanks for the video review on
this quad and the modifications.
Hi DJ! First of all, i love your reviews. They’re honest, full of
information, humor and you are very real! I have a been flying little
Cheerson’ and Eachine’s and i want to “move up” to a larger Quad with a
good camera. Watching your reviews of the JXD 510G X-Predator and the XK
X250-A both with 720p cameras… Do you have an opinion on which is a
better Quad? They seem pretty equal.. steady flyers, fast enough for me,
good low-lag video quality and great video recordings…and seemingly good
quality construction… IF you had to A-B them to pick just one.. which
would it be? OR do you have a suggestion i may have missed for that price
point… i truly thank you for your opinion and information! Please keep
the great reviews coming! -don
The Real Review was bad ass sir… I should of stayed in today also lol
If any of you guys come up with easy to make and install anti-jello mounts,
please post them here for all to share. Thanks guys for watching, hope you
enjoyed!!! DJ SOUL FORCE
I can hear you fine all through this but I can’t see the quad much when
you’re looking at your windows.. May I suggest: close the blinds more to
avoid that large brightness change the camera struggles to cope with and
darkens down too much, or change settings if you can to make it adjust
faster or ignore too-bright highlights in small parts of the view further
away, or get a better camera?
Hey bro,
Well , this is a symphatically good review again, we are known from
you…THANK YOU dude !!! Love your style!
I own, you know, the 509 ( Q500 mini copy ) – is this one 510G better?
Second question:
What`s your opinion about the ” Skyartec-FREE-X Skyview ???
Thank you for all you can tell me, bro !!!
All the best, and shiny weather to you !!!
Frank
think I need to get one.
My 82 year old Dad has been into aviation most of his life. I’m the teckno
geek of the family and live next door. With Father’s Day coming up and
realizing this is probably an intermediate version. Would this be a good
fit? I have RC Car and Boat building experience, but not RC plane or Drone
experience. Doesn’t look hard at all. Please provide opinion. I can order
from Gearbest for less than $100. I’ll also order their battery pack with 5
batts & charger for around $15. Thanks.
ah i only just realized this is a new model , was thinking it was the 509
pioneer version , do still kinda prefer the 509 look
i actualy plan on buying the frame and build a quad in it with a
SciSky/Pico or even an alienwii
question , do syma X5 props fit this craft ? i heard the X5H props are a
great inprovement on the older X5 props , as ppl are putting em on old X5’s
and they can suddenly lift runcams XD
Get this quad for just 74$. It is on SALE right now!! for limited time

Hopefully it will be helpful
I bought the jxd 510w with the altitude hold. the last WiFi quad I will
ever buy. my first quad was the syma x5sw. I guess you sacrifice distance
and control with the WiFi fpv. the x5sw was pretty good to learn how to fly
with. the jxd 510w flew away on me
